Works well with showcasing products. I will be definitely buying different colors!I bought this particular curtain to use as a selfie backing for my daughter's volleyball banquet. This is definitely true to how it looks online. I was very pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, the weight of it, and how non transparent it was. I was most worried about the transparency, and you really couldn't see through this at all, unlessyou put your face up to it and stretched it out right in front of a light bulb or lamp. Yes, I tried this. Lol... My co-planner accidentally forgot the hanging pole for this, so we had to rig it a bit, so the setup isn't as good as it could have been, but that's completely on us, and not this curtain.I actually searched long and hard, and read many reviews before deciding on this. This has actual sequins sewn on, and none of them fell off. The back of the one's that say non-transparent are a solid satin, without sequins. The pocket for the the rod is pretty wide actually. It will fit most any pole size. It's about 4 inches or so. I try to show the front and back in my pictures, and show the curtain in different lighting. Definitely as non transparent as you'll find in this quality.This is made to put on a selfie stand (or rod), which is what I had planned to use it with. I don't know if this would work with a simple tape setup. We actually lucked out and were able to use the medium sized paper/binder clips to attach it to a string that went around the gym, and it held it just fine. Unfortunately, it did make it hang higher than I originally envisioned for the 6x6 size, but that's all we had to work with without the selfie pole. It came bigger than I thought, and since it could be completely spread out without seeing through it, it was plenty wide for our purpose. If we would have had the pole, it would have been a perfect length, as well. Since we had to hang it where the string was in the gym, we had to use a table for the girl's to stand in between, so that you couldn't see the cement wall below it. This worked out fine tho, as you can see in my pictures. The girl's were able to sit and stand, therefore fitting even more people in the selfie setup, so this is always something you can do for your event, as well.There's just no way this would disappoint. Everyone thought it was beautiful. Honestly, after setting up my first real selfie station, I think it would have been a complete fail if I had used any other type of backing/curtain for our selfie station. I paid full price for this, this is my honest opinion, and I would recommend and repurchase this over and over again. Honestly, this was not even much more than the most basic, tape to the wall options out there, and this is beautiful and can be reused for all future events. It's that nice! This would even work for a real curtain or accent curtain in your home, and this is exactly what my youngest 8yr old daughter wants to do with it. Lol... I hope my experience and pictures of the event, and of the curtain in my home beforehand help give you an idea of what to expect.Gold sequins are bright and shiny.
