The headband is is made from pearls and rhinestone. It can be used as a photography prop or is beautiful for special events such as weddings. Fitted Size: Newborn: 12” – 14" (the fitted size is made to size by connecting in the back with an elastic band) Tieback Sizes: Small Tieback: 12"+, Large Tieback: 18"+ (the tiebacks are open in the back so that you can tie them to size with the attatched ribbons).
