This book is an excellent "starter" book for quilters new to the process of transferring photographs to fabric. Additionally, the authors provide exercises and project ideas for using these images in quilts. The language is easy to understand and has many hints and bits of advice for a beginner in the areas of taking, cropping, and manipulating fabric images to use in quilts. The authors included helpful quilting suggestions. If this were the first book that I found on this topic, it would have saved me time and frustration while learning the basics of photo transfer on fabric.Excellent book.
