Love this little printer. It’s fun and much less expensive than the other Zink printers. Be aware that it technically only takes Kodak Zink film. (There is a work around…keep one of the blue calibration cards from a Kodak pack.) Each picture costs about 50¢.The picture quality is excellent. Color can be a little off despite using the correct calibration card. Be aware that Zink paper is thermal sensitive and exposed/unexposed paper can become damaged it gets too hot.The app is free and fairly intuitive. I did have to dig around a bit to figure out how to add pictures to my gallery since instructions are NOT provided.I like this better than the Kodak Printomatic camera since you get to choose the pics you print. Since it’s Bluetooth, you can share its use. I don’t know how secure it is though. Depending on “class” Bluetooth can extend up to 100 meters. (Can’t find class info.)Hope this review helps you make an informed purchase.I bought this and photo album for my gf so that she can print the photos and put them in it. It works great and it’s easy to use however, just know that the size of the picture came out a little smaller than expected (my own fault for not checking) and the refills cost a decent amount. there is also a tint to the pictures, but i like the tint so no complaints thereMe and my fiancé ordered this so that guests can print their own photos at our wedding. After testing it out today I love it and am so glad we decided to buy it. It’s so simple to use, just download the app, turn it on and print away. And seeing the small wallet sized pictures of us and our son come out is so exciting. The only thing I wish this device had was Wi-Fi compatibility so that we can print from it using other apps (we have a photo booth app we’re going to be using at the wedding) Currently it uses Bluetooth so printing has to be done from the devices Kodak Step app.Yo trabajo con niños y no tengo tiempo de ir a imprimir fotos, y esto es muy útil para mí por qué hise un proyecto lo recomiendoThis little printer is ok for scrap booking or a picture board I guess.. it’s super easy to use but the quality is not very good. After the first 7 photos I printed they started printing out with a blue line down them & the color was awful.. I fixed it somehow just turned it off & back on then changed out the paper. But i wish I would’ve returned it.I got this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend and she loves it! Great printer and easy to use. And it even comes with some of the paper it uses. All you have to do is download the app to print them off. And you can use that app to edit the pictures and add borders and things like that. Great quality product.Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it.If you are looking for photos that look like they were printed in the 1970’s in terms of both colour and quality, then look no further. This printer will give you yellowing prints lacking in clarity or any resemblance of the colours on your screen. We have sent it back as it was truly awful! The photo shows the same image printed by the Step and then by the Canon Zoemini, which we bought off Amazon after returning the Step. It cost an extra £40 but the prints are less expensive going forward and the quality is very good!Brilliant print and fast easy set up. Comes with only 5 pieces to print so order the paper at the same timeLiked it at first, then after the first packet of paper it went downhill. The pictures now come out with lines down them, and colours are all wrong and quality poor. Don’t waste your money, buy something else. This is a cute printer, and although as others have mentioned the images are too "warm", they look very like the Polaroid photos of the 80's and I quite liked the look of them. Takes about a minute to print an image, but the results are great with a good novelty factor. However, the Kodak app is clunky and buggy and annoyingly the printer wouldn't accept Polaroid 2x3 ZINC photo paper. Seems to only like it's own brand, which is irritating. The work-around solution was to use the blue calibration sheet from the Kodak ZINC paper with the Polaroid ZINC paper and that make the printer accept the obviously compatible Polaroid ZINC paper, but really, should you have to do this? The printer originally worked fine with good printing quality but a couple of months later the quality severely dropped and Kodak said they would replace it due to the 2 year warranty, a week past and they still hadn’t done anything so amazon then sent me a new one. I then had more issues with the quality of my new printer so contacted Kodak which was no help as they ignored my issue with the printing quality (the edges where blurry all around, the tops and bottoms of the pictures had white lines and they photos had coloured orange and blue tints over them) and told me to print a smaller photo to get a clearer image, completely ignoring my issue. Terrible company to buy from.
