The B+W 58mm #900 Rubber Lens Hood is a screw-in type folding rubber lens hood that is designed for use with normal-length and short zoom lenses. It helps to minimize stray light from reaching the lens in order to prevent flare and ghosting. The matte black grooved surface diminishes inner reflections and the rubberized construction adds an extra layer of protection to the lens against bumps or jolts.
