After I bought this dress I have started to see it in almost all pregnancy photoshoots :)), so I guess it is quite popular.Firstly, I need to say that you should get your usual size, I had went a size bigger and it was almost falling off me! (as a 5'9/175m and in 35 weeks pregnant at about 210lbs/95kg). Then I did not like the sleeves that were falling off every 2 minutes. The dress is very long, material is decent and it looks really good in photos (with the right lighting and editing), but you might get very hot in it as it is doubled so don't wear it when it's hot outside. It was really tricky to find a bra that does not show at the back so I had decided to go braless, however as the dress was pulling down, and it being quite loose, it did not help my girls to shine as much as I imagined. Not even a strapless bra is a good idea as you can see it at the back through the lace. Only solution would be a sticky bra that lifts your cleavage, but personally I did not have a good experience with any of them in my past so I chose to not complicate my life even more.It is slightly sheer so I'd say to go with linjerie/ swimwear that is nude or white.Overall the dress did it's job but I don't think that I would wear it with any other ocassion.
